When I say that this blog has brought me many good things, is really true ... You see, I started and keep the blog because I like to cook and share my adventures in the kitchen and participate in some challenges and hobbies with the same spirit . When Good Snack contacted me with a proposal for a partnership and a challenge, I was very pleased! It is a sign that my share is useful to those who follow me and there is a recognition of that. For a month, we will have weekly revenue with products that Good Snack kindly sent me, ideal to restore the energy great thanks of a busy day of work and school day.
Ingredients 200g large shells 2 small bottles great thanks of tuna filets natural, great thanks Good Snack 1 onion 2 cloves garlic 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon pepper coffee 1 teaspoon cinnamon 2 ripe tomatoes 1 small zucchini 1 carrot 3 tablespoons olive oil 3 tablespoons grated cheese For the white sauce: 600ml milk 40g butter 60g flour salt and pepper to taste 1 tablespoon mustard Confection Bake the dough for the time indicated on the package, drain and set aside. Thermomix: Place the oil, onion, carrot and garlic and mash 6 seconds, speed 5. Set Varoma 5 minutes speed 2. Add the tomato and courgette into chunks great thanks and set 20 minutes, 100 º, speed 2. Set another 30 seconds and go progressively to speed 6. Add the drained tuna and mix 10 seconds, speed 2. For the white sauce: Place all the ingredients in the glass and set 8m, 90 º, speed 4. Traditional: In a pan, pour the onion and the chopped garlic and grated carrots with olive oil and saute until the vegetables are translucent. Add the chopped tomatoes great thanks and grated courgette and cook on low heat for about 10 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and cinnamon. After this time, add the tuna and bring to the boil. For the white sauce: melt the butter in a saucepan and add the flour. Go adding the milk gradually, stirring constantly to create lumps. Season with salt, pepper and mustard. Stuff the shells with the cooked tuna and vegetables and place them in a baking tray. Pour over the white sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese. Take the gratin for about 10m in a preheated 180 oven.
