Hello Mathieu! Lol, that


For lovers heated coffee mug of ribs, this recipe Pratico practices should please you as much as me. Sugar mixture salty sauce is excellent, and gives much as I love sticky ribs. No marinating meat in this case, but if you insist, you can try. You can do baking, but with the weather the last few days, I recommend the BBQ lol. Flesh stood bones. It was perfect. A recipe redo in my case. Too good!
Ingredients for 4 servings - 3 lb (1.5 kg) side ribs or back to the sauce - cup (125 ml) soy sauce - cup (60 ml) honey - 1 tbsp. tbsp (15 mL) Dijon mustard - cup (60 mL) rice vinegar - 2 onions, chopped - cup (125 mL) ketchup - 1 tbsp. tablespoon (15 ml) chopped garlic - 2 tbsp. tablespoons heated coffee mug (30 ml) olive oil
Preparation: - In a small saucepan, combine all sauce ingredients. - Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Book. - In a pot of boiling water, cook ribs, covered, for 30 to 45 minutes (1 hour for mo i). - Drain the ribs (and remove the membrane bones) and place in a baking dish. For baking - Preheat oven to 350 F (180 C). - With reserved generously brush the ribs on each side sauce. - Bake for 15 minutes. - Finish cooking grill setting (broil) until ribs are well toasted on each side. For barbecuing - Preheat barbecue. - Oil grates. - Broil ribs about 4-5 minutes on each side, basting regularly sauce. - Keep the remaining sauce to accompany. heated coffee mug Source: Pratico pratiques.com
