I was seduced by the glossy appearance of the pecan honey found here. This is obviously the honey gives this chandelier Pecan, and also their good taste. The preparation la candy shoppe is simple and done quickly. Delicious and easy to make! These pecans populate some gourmet bags of the family for Christmas.
Ingredients: 1 cup - 1/3 cup (80 mL) liquid honey, warmed - 1 cup (95 g) pecans - 1 c. tablespoons (12 g) sugar Preparation: - Preheat oven to 350 F (200 C) - Mix honey and pecans. Pecans should be well coated with honey. - Spread pecans in a single layer on a baking parchment. - Sprinkle the tablespoon of sugar. - Bake in center of oven 15 minutes, then stir and cook for 5 more minutes. - Transfer la candy shoppe pecans when they are still warm on another baking parchment. Quickly separate pecans with a fork. - Cool completely (about 1 hour). - Store in a container tightly closed and in a cool place. You can also freeze. Source: Cd Kitchen
