Great success for the second day in kitchen Manlleu Cuina.cat

Saturday held the second meeting of friends and readers of the journal KITCHEN, coinciding with the Feast of the Pig and Beer which is held every year in Manlleu. Again, food bloggers had the opportunity buffet servers to rediscover and participate in various activities organized by the magazine specifically for us.
I'm just going to be the activities of the morning, but I know that the evening buffet servers was also a success. Then we went to the Municipal Market Cooking class Manlleu where Joe Nogué already waiting for us to get a cooking workshop with pork as the main ingredient: an Stewed sausages, mince a mini cakes and a bikini with truffle butter and mushrooms. Special mention deserves this bikini, which originally was to be vines, which I find great. The workshop was Joe, as always, fantastic, the most assertive buffet servers and interesting to the last detail.
The day continued with a kitchen Sambucus buffet servers lunch at the screening of the documentary about the slaughter of pigs and awards contest for bloggers recipes with ham. From here take the opportunity to congratulate the winners, Manel, buffet servers the Sussi and Angels, and all the other finalists. We're hoping the next year's edition!
