Note: we only changed the recipe, an oil much reduced, with the least meat and half less ruccolasalat. You can rely on the original recipe if you want more "of everything" but based on how my Binni cooked right
Cut the potatoes banjaardstrand into approx. 1 to 1.5 cm thick boats, put in fireproof race or ofnskúffu and mix with a little oil. Bake potatoes at 200 gr. in ca. 30 minutes, until it is just beginning to brown.
Served Put ruccolanu part of a large dish. Cut the meat into similarly sized pieces and potatoes. Place the potatoes on top of the salad with the meat. Place the cherry tomatoes and onions on top. Suggest ingredients on such a matter umgöngum (like a lasagne). Place the feta cheese over the last. Finally Put 2/3 of the tone dress. The rest of the dress changes can be put in a bowl and people can enjoy freely.
